Mending Roots Body Therapies

This is a restorative & corrective body work treatment that will focus on pain management, retraining the muscles through movement, and release of trigger points that form in muscles of the body and create pain patterns, loss of range of motion, & muscle fatigue/weakness. The treatment will integrate the use of a compression tool, hands on muscle manipulation, muscle activation techniques, Dolphin Neurostim, and body movement stretches.

Your intitial treatment will consist of an assessment and treatment of the area of the body that is causing pain & discomfort.  Treatment is done in clothing so make sure to wear comfortable clothing that your body can move in.
